Talk Back To Your Limiting Beliefs
It's time to address your limiting beliefs by talking back to them.
We can use the acronym FEAR to overcome these obstacles by asking four key questions:
- F - Is the thought true or false?
- E - Can I prove that thought with evidence?
- A - After that thought, how do I feel?
- R - How can I reframe the question in my favor?
Practice this process with your own, personal example to "talk back" to your limiting beliefs and transform them into liberating truths.
